BSA Troop 414 meets every Monday at 7:00pm in the Fellowship Hall at Our Saviour's Luteran Church in Norge, Virginia.
We are a medium-sized Troop with a variety of activities and scheduled monthly outings. Please feel free to peruse our Troop Calendar to get a taste for our events.
For our first year scouts, our focus is on rank advancement with a very exciting program, the objective being that every 1st year scout achieve First Class by the end of their first year.
For our older scouts, we have many high adventure activities and opportunities for merit badges and rank advancement as well.
If you are looking for fun & adventure, then BSA Troop 414might be for you! New prospective members of Troop 414 are invited to visit one of our Troop meetings to learn more and speak with the adult leaders.

Troop 414 will hold it's annual Open House on Monday, February 13th at 7:00pm at Our Savior's Lutheran Church in Norge, VA. We'll introduce prospective Boy Scouts to the Troop and provide an overview of the Troop's annual program. Prospective Scouts will spend time with the current members to help determine if Troop 414 is the right place for him.

Just wanted to update all of you on our Summer Camp Plans for 2012 - we are planning to go to Camp Powatan which is part of the Blue Ridge Mountians Council's Scout Reservation. Please take some time and review their web-site:

They have an excellent High Adventure Program along with an good first year program and a totally awesome base camp / merit badge program. We went to camp Ottari two years ago and the scouts had a very good experience. Both Powatan and Otarri are part of the Blue Ridge Mountains Scout Reservation. We have choosen the New River Adventure for the high adventure program which includes:
